Love it, simple as that really.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Most definitely. I wouldn't consider anything else other than a BMW. Nothing is perfect, but in this sector I think they are hard to beat.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I decided to take a look at the auctions to see what was on offer, I wasn't overly concerned about mileage, as I consider vehicle condition and a full BMW service history to be more important.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I've owned BMWs for over 12 years now and decided to upgrade from my old 320d which had been a pleasure to own and mostly trouble free.

What was the dealer like?

I bought mine from a local Manheim auction and found the experience to be quite an easy, pleasurable and rewarding experience. I researched online and made a short list of what I liked. Attended on the day, had a good look around and got a good feel for the place before bidding and ended up buying my current car.

What's it like to drive?

The drive is smooth and refined, handling is precise. The electric steering is absolutely spot on with loads of feel and feedback. The gearbox and clutch are both smooth and precise in use. Road and wind noise is more than acceptable and on smooth tarmac it is excellent. The engine has obviously had an extensive re-tune over the previous diesel engine, torque is found lower down the rev range making the driving more relaxed, once the revs rise however the engine picks up really cleanly, accelerating without any problems and pulls really well in every gear.

What's it like to park?

Parking is really easy, aided by the excellent rear parking sensors and nice clear mirrors.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing has needed any attention up to date, everything is running smoothly. The engine is quiet and refined and returning an average fuel consumption of around 55mpg.

What's most practical about your car?

Most practical features would be that the car is spacious, both in the front and rear. Extremely comfortable, excellent fuel returns combined with an ultra low RFL of just £20 per year.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

My model came with the fairy lights, I think that's what they are called, this is where all door handles illuminate when unlocking the car, a nice little touch which made me smile the first time I noticed it.
