In their own words

In short this is wonderfully clever and a true automotive step forward...... But, consider what you need from it, even if it's an additional runabout car, as mine was...... City driving and charging is great. Flexible, quick and refined. Rural brisk driving eats the charge and very few charge points in most smaller towns etc. Range extender is fine to add flexibility, but somewhat defeats the object of an electric car if you are constantly followed but the sound of a hardworking lawn mower in the boot! I so wanted to love this car, but ultimately thought it unsuitable for anyone outside an urban area, like we are. A shame, as if the range was more Tesla-like, it is a remarkable car.
