We commit to sell so many cars a year and cut out salesman’s commission etc. 

3 Can you specify options, and if you do, does that affect delivery time?
You can order any car with your chosen options which will make the car a factory order. So, normal lead time will apply. 

4 What happens if a customer isn’t happy? Can they return the car and get their money back?
Of course, as you have more protection online than in a showroom with the seven-day cooling off period. 

5 Do you offer finance deals?
Yes, we offer Hire Purchase and PCP and most manufacturers’ finance offers can be used as well. 

6 What range of discounts do you offer? (£400-£5,000 for example)
The biggest discount we are offering at the moment is 25% off the Ford Mondeo 2.0 Ecoboost Titanium X Sport Estate which comes to a massive £7,162.50 saving off list price. 

7 Do you have a premises people can visit?
Yes we have offices in Hilton, Derby. 

8 Can people view the car and test it before they buy?
Most customers view and test drive the car at the dealers then buy from ourselves for a better deal. 

9 Do you offer part exchange?
Yes, we are one of the few who will take all part exchanges. 

10 What’s the normal sequence of events when someone has seen a car they are interested in on your website?
Complete the enquiry form to receive a written quotation or call for details. If the customer wishes to order they can sign and return an order form and either ourselves or the dealer will take the deposit.
