Chrysler 300C Saloon (05-10) - Review

The 3.0 V6 CRD and 3.5 V6 have cruise control, heated leather seats, leather steering wheel, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, trip computer, seat and mirror memory, six-speaker sound system, 18-inch alloy wheels, body coloured bumpers, chrome wing mirrors, parking sensors, metallic paint, ABS, traction control, electronic stability programme, seat belt pre-tensioners, rain sensitive wipers, remote central locking, dual front and side airbags and xenon headlamps. The 5.7-litre V8 adds an electric sunroof, walnut trim, seven-speaker stereo system with six-CD autochanger and satellite navigation. The facelift in February 2008 brought a fresh interior and upgraded equipment levels including a new satellite navigation system, which includes UConnect (Bluetooth), cupholders in the centre console, a centre console arm rest and dark grey leather interior. An SRT-Design trim was also introduced that includes 20-inch alloy wheels, chrome mesh grille, MyGIG touchscreen sat-nav and 20GB music hard drive system, SRT-8 steering wheel, leather sports seats, carbon fibre interior details and an upgraded Boston Acoustic Audio system. In 2010 new trim levels were introduced with SE, SR and SRT versions available. The entry-level SE has leather seats (heated in the front), ESP stability control, dual-zone climate control, front fog lights, xenon headlights, rain sensing wipers, parking sensors (front and rear) and 18-inch alloys. The SR adds sat nav, an upgraded sat nav system plus Bluetooth. The SRT has a mesh grille with chrome surround, 20-inch alloy wheels along with leather and suede trimmed sports seats.
