Chrysler 300C SRT-8 (06-10) - Review Review by Simon Harris on 01 December 2006 Last Updated: 10 November 2008 Chrysler's 300C has brought the company huge success in an image-conscious sector thanks to its stand-out styling, generous equipment levels and keen pricing. But if the standard engines leave you wanting more then the SRT-8 could be the answer. Powered by a 6.1-litre V8 with 420bhp it can sprint from 0-62mph in just 5.0 seconds - that's almost as quick as a BMW M5, while uprated brakes and suspension help keep all the power under control. But while it's quick it lacks a little in sophistication and the handling, steering and body control aren't a match for German super saloons. 3.5 out of 5 Other Chrysler reviews Summary Facts & Figures Equipment Driving & Performance Comfort Costs Safety & Reliability Buying & Selling Also Consider Company Car Info Owners' Reviews Gallery Company Car Costs P11D Value The price of the car excluding road tax and first registration fee.
