Chrysler Neon (99-03) - Review Review by Parkers on 01 January 1999 A re-skinned version of the 96-99 Neon, with excellent levels of standard equipment, all at a competitive price. It's also responsive, easy to drive around town and a cinch to park. The driving position is good, as is visibility. The firm suspension means the Neon sticks to the road well, so it can be pleasing to chuck it around corners.
