Citroën Berlingo (98-09) - Review

Review by Parkers
Last Updated:
We think that the Berlingo shares more DNA with the old 2CV than the C3 and C3 Pluriel. Like the classic Citroën, Berlingo has loads of space, a high roofline and is thoroughly practical. It's based on a van, which brings its advantages, such as low purchase prices and running costs. The optional full-length sunroof makes it feel like a convertible.

Buying used

Practicality of early models is impaired by having just three-doors (five-door cars didn't arrive until mid-2000).

Selling

As it looks like a van, and doesn't look special enough to be considered a lifestyle choice, there's heavy depreciation.
