Citroën C5 Saloon (08 on) - Review

Three trim levels are available - SX (changed to VTR in late 2009), VTR+ and Exclusive. The entry-level SX/VTR comes with electronic stability protection (ESP), traction control, steel wheels, electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, automatic air conditioning, a multi-functional fixed-centred steering wheel, height and reach adjustable steering column, front and rear electric windows, front armrest, trip computer, cruise control and a CD stereo. The VTR+ adds an electric parking brake, Hydractive suspension (both on automatic models), 17-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights, electrically folding door mirrors, rain sensitive wiper, automatic lights and dual-zone climate control. The Exclusive gets acoustic laminated side windows, interior mood lighting and electric front seats. Options include a 'Lane Departure Warning System' - which vibrates the driver's seat if the driver accidentally strays out of lane on the motorway and a parking space measurement system. In 2009 a new Bluetooth system was added.
