Citroën Nemo Multispace (09 on) - Review

Review by David Ross on
Last Updated: 21 February 2011
Citroen has a wide range of family cars that focus on space and practicality, but the Nemo Multispace is the smallest of the range. It's based on the Nemo van, with the load area giving way to extra seats and a large boot. It's easy to see the commercial vehicle origins, especially in the tall shape and rather boxy look, but this does mean there's plenty of headroom for all passengers. It also comes with sliding side doors, making access to the back seats easy, especially in narrow parking spaces. Another Nemo strength is value, this small Citroen is cheap to buy and to run, thanks to frugal and clean engines. However, the back to basics approach does result in a cabin that lacks refinement and some cheap feeling plastics in certain areas.
