Daewoo Nubira Saloon (03-05) - Review

Review by Parkers on
The Nubira was launched in 2003 and is an attractive package for the buyer looking for (almost) care-free ownership for three years, with free servicing, warranty and breakdown cover. The spec is good and list prices are competitive. Sounds too good to be true? Partly. It's not an exciting drive and depreciation is steeper than European rivals. But it makes sense as low-cost, comfortable transport. The estate is launched later this year.

Reliability

Daewoos have usually been mechanically sound, but suffered from loose-fitting trim and other minor problems. This car is different, everything feels well screwed together, but some of the interior plastics could be better quality.
