Dodge Journey (08-10) - Review Review by Simon Harris on 16 May 2008 Last Updated: 08 December 2008 Dodge is promising families a best-of-all-worlds compromise with the Journey, a 'crossover' estate that blends seating for seven, the interior space and versatility of a people carrier and the fuel efficiency of a hatchback. The list price is lower than similar cars like the Ford S-MAX and Renault Grand Scenic plus the Journey is better equipped. Typical Dodge 'attitude' styling gives the car a bold appearance and the interior is practical and family-friendly. Unfortunately quality and refinement are lacking while the ride is spongy, taking the edge off comfort. 3 out of 5 Other Dodge reviews Summary Facts & Figures Equipment Driving & Performance Comfort Costs Safety & Reliability Buying & Selling Also Consider Company Car Info Gallery Also Consider 3.5 out of 5 Kia Sedona (06 on) Good equipment levels, easy to manoeuvre, hugely spacious interior, seven seats as standard Boxy and dull styling, limited boot space Read full review 3 out of 5 Mitsubishi Grandis (04-10) Sleek looks, strong Volkswagen-sourced diesel, seven-seats, well equipped as standard Lacklustre performance, poor automatic gearbox, light steering Read full review 3.5 out of 5 SEAT Alhambra (00-10) Plenty of interior space, enough room for seven adults, economical diesel engines, solid interior, good value Interior looks a little dated, many newer people carriers are more stylish, seats don't fold flat with the floor Read full review Find other mpv cars Car Valuations Find used car prices with Parkers accurate car valuations.
