Fiat Bravo (07 on) - Review Review by Simon Harris on 09 July 2007 Last Updated: 31 January 2012 Fiat is back in the family hatchback market with a bang. The Bravo is a replacement for the Stilo - a car that didn't prove very popular due to its dull looks and a cheap feeling interior. Its replacement couldn't be more different however. It may use the same name as Fiat's three-door hatch from the mid-1990s but this car is a generously sized five-door that is a credible alternative to the likes of the Ford Focus. It's elegant and sporty, but most crucially is priced well below its mainstream European rivals. The diesel engines are frugal, but the smaller T-Jet petrol unit offers punchy performance with impressive economy. 3.5 out of 5 Other Fiat reviews Summary Facts & Figures Equipment Driving & Performance Comfort Costs Safety & Reliability Buying & Selling Also Consider Company Car Info Owners' Reviews Gallery Also Consider 4 out of 5 SEAT Leon Hatchback (05 on) Sporty and distinctive styling, great to drive, well built and reliable, good value for money, low emissions Ecomotive models Firm ride, some hard interior plastics, noisy diesel engines Read full review 4.5 out of 5 Ford Focus Hatchback (05-11) Good to drive, smart looking, wide choice of engines and trim levels, comfortable interior, refined ride, low emissions ECOnetic model available Boot and rear passenger space could be more practical Read full review 3.5 out of 5 Peugeot 308 Hatchback (07 on) Good quality interior, large boot, good range of engines, economical e-HDi Brittle ride, shares too much with the 307 to be a true step forward, poor five-speed gearbox Read full review Find other hatchback cars Car Valuations Find used car prices with Parkers accurate car valuations.
