Ford Ka (09 on) - Review

There are four trim levels in the Ford Ka range - Studio, Edge, Zetec and Titanium. The base-level Studio is fairly spartan and comes with electric power steering, driver and front passenger airbags, body-coloured bumpers, a CD stereo and an auxiliary input for iPods or MP3 players. The Edge adds air conditioning, electric door mirrors, electric front windows, remote central locking and 50/50 rear split seats while you have to opt for the Style+ to get air conditioning and a heated windscreen. The Zetec trim is the biggest seller and comes with 15-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights, upgraded instruments, leather steering wheel and a trip computer. The top-of-the-range Titanium offers 16-inch alloy wheels, upgraded stereo, chrome door handles and climate control. There are plenty of options available including exterior customisation packs in special themes such as - Grand Prix, Tattoo and Digital. Available on the Zetec, each includes exterior body stripes and graphics, interior styling treatments as well as individual extras such as alloy wheels, leather seats and coloured grille surrounds.
