Honda Accord Hatchback (99-03) - Review Review by Parkers on 01 January 1999 This Accord had a bit of an image problem when it was new. Upwardly mobile middle management types saw it as dull and aimed instead for the lower levels of the 3-Series/C-Class hierarchy.
