Isuzu Trooper (92-03) - Review Review by Parkers on 01 January 1992 The long-running Trooper is popular for its durability, versatility and chunky styling. It's not the most civilised road vehicle, but it's a fine workhorse for agricultural use and for towing. Not as nearly as refined as a Range Rover, Grand Cherokee or Shogun, Trooper is very tough and costs considerably less to buy than the opposition. The current range, launched in mid-1998, features the most powerful turbo-diesel engine available in this class of vehicle. It's not posh and it's not cool, but it's a very effective tool for a tough job. 3 out of 5 Other Isuzu reviews Summary Facts & Figures Equipment Driving & Performance Comfort Costs Safety & Reliability Buying & Selling Also Consider Company Car Info Owners' Reviews Gallery Gallery Loading gallery, please wait...
