Jeep Grand Cherokee (05-10) - Review

All Grand Cherokees come with permanent four-wheel drive and a five-speed automatic transmission. Air conditioning, electric windows, electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, a CD stereo, electrically adjustable front seats and 17-inch alloys are available in the entry-level diesel. Limited models add rear parking sensors, climate control, leather seats and leather-covered steering wheel and heated front seats. From April 2006, the range was re-structured, consisting of the entry-level 'Predator Edition', Limited and Overland while the 4.7-litre and 5.7-litre Limited versions were dropped. The Predator edition has air-con, adjustable driver's seat, electric windows, front electric windows, heated electric mirrors, 17-inch alloy wheels and tyre pressure warning system. Limited specification remains as before, while the range-topping Overland has two-tone leather and suede seats, a sunroof, wood dash inserts, 18-inch alloy wheels, chrome roof rails and a honeycomb grille.
