Mazda Premacy (99-04) - Review

Review by Parkers on
Premacy has never really threatened the sales of the Renault Scenic or Citroën Xsara Picasso. The current version does little to change that. A 130bhp 2.0-litre engine adds pace to higher-spec versions, and there's a Sport model with spoilers and skirts.

Running costs

Low insurance groups. Reasonable fuel consumption - nearly 50mpg overall for the 2.0 Di, and 30-35mpg for petrol models. Doesn't depreciate too fast (seven-seat models hold their value best).
