Nissan 370Z Roadster (10 on) - Review Review by Tim Bowdler on 26 March 2010 The 370Z Roadster delivers brutal performance, engaging handling and - as such - you could argue Nissan has managed to achieve a rare feat, which is to produce a sports car that hasn’t been compromised by the absence of a fixed roof. The 370Z drop top is almost a blast from the past: it’s like a good old-fashioned sports car built to put a smile on your face and the wind in your hair. You couldn't call it agricultural though. It features a range of sophisticated and advanced safety systems and the Synchro Rev Control system that keeps the engine revs at their optimum between gear shifts - a sort of automatic heel-and-toe - is particularly effective. In terms of performance it competes with top-end models like the Porsche Boxster, but it represents far better value for money and comes very well equipped too. 4.5 out of 5 Other Nissan reviews Summary Facts & Figures Equipment Driving & Performance Comfort Costs Safety & Reliability Buying & Selling Also Consider Company Car Info Gallery Also Consider 5 out of 5 Porsche Boxster (04-11) Wonderful engines, intoxicating driving experience, superbly balanced, useful boot space Poor standard equipment levels Read full review 4.5 out of 5 Audi TT Roadster (07 on) Fun to drive, stylish looks, fast folding roof, superbly built interior, TDI available Fabric hood isn't as secure as a metal top, thirsty V6 engine Read full review 4.5 out of 5 BMW Z4 Roadster (09 on) Strong performance, comfortable cabin, refined at high speeds, sharp handling, metal-folding roof Limited boot space with roof down Read full review Find other convertible cars Car Valuations Find used car prices with Parkers accurate car valuations.
