Summary
What does this car say about you?
Only that I vakue having a good car to travel in, that I respect the journeys I do and the time I have to spend in my car. If I have to travel by car, I resource the journey proprly by having a safe and comfortable car.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
I think it's quite posh. They like the mpg too.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. I thought I'd miss the estate version, but this has a good boot and I am happy.
What are you likely to buy next?
I haven't made my mind up - it'll be in two years - but the opposition (and I have tried Merc and BMW) will have to be special to get me back. BMW and Merc are expensive for what you get.

Simply by comparing prices from two dealers. You can get extra items this way, but the car sells itself too.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Wanted to try an automatic to make city driving easier.
What was the dealer like?
Very helpful, polite and professional. They know they have a good product but they treat you well whoever you are.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very quiet. Much quieter than previous model. Not harsh at all. Smooth acceleration. I rarely have to put my food to the floor, but when I do it always surprises me.
What's it like to park?
The sensors are very helpful but you have to get used to them. Overall, they give you extra confidence. On one occasion, they picked up a small garden stake close to where I was parking. They will also detect small children!

Have you had any problems with the car?
No
What's most practical about your car?
Auto gear box - so easy to use.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Auto wipers are nice, but hill start facility is fantastic. Works even on steep hills. So good it should be standard, but only about £50 so well worth it.
