Did you get a good deal and why?

The car had 3 owners from new and was an ex-demo model. It was excellent value as has leather seats & xenon lights.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

BMW reliability plus superb engine & handling

What's it like to drive?

It is fantastic on winding lanes & corners wonderfully. It cruises very happily on the motorway, (as you would expect with 160 bhp) I run out bottle before it runs out of power. The steering is a bit heavy at low speeds & then there's the run-flats.... It is a shame that they make the ride so hard but you do get used to it.

What's it like to park?

Rear parking sensors make it nice & easy to park, I would be tempted to add front ones as well if I bought another as it does have quite a long nose.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing in 1 year & 15,000 miles - but that's why I bought a BMW!

What's most practical about your car?

Having 5 doors is handy, although the back seats aren't the easiest to get in. But if I was bothered about that I would have bought an MPV.

MP3 connection.
