Summary
What does this car say about you?
BMW....its my mission to prove everyone wrong and use the indicators as much as possible!!!! Only had the car 2.5 mths, will do another review in a year or so.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
All like it, my dad was amazed by the power, he's not into that kinda a thing but surpirsingly enjoyed it!!! no one is gunna say its crap though are they....One person said they'd buy a lotus exige for that kinda money, but he is 20....young people!! (i'm 25)
Would you buy this car again and why?
Honestly i couldn't tell you, this car is a slightly irresponsible purchase by me so this might be my one and only "quick" car I buy before they have GPS in all cars and breaking speed limits is a thing of the past. Your only young once!!
What are you likely to buy next?
If my image moved up market (along with my bank balance) i'd by a masserati or porsche. realistically it might be an older diesel BMW (which have great engine reviews) or the VW eco racer when it comes out

Did you get a good deal and why?
This car retailed for 29k, after a year i got it for 21k. This is because the car was over priced (new) by BMW for this country and so the market dictates a true value to what people will pay.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
This car combined lots of factors, straight 6 engine, goes like stink, ins grp17, claimed 30mpg, BMW reputation for reliability, exclusivity, reasonalbe practicality. Bascially for me it ticked the most boxes.
What was the dealer like?
Was ok, once it had sold me the car it was less responsive but i got all i wanted in the end so better than other dealers.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
its a beast!!! but also easy to drive, it'll cruise very easy at 80mph, the engine is just starting to growl but not quite, if you want more refinement 75mph is better. When you open her up she'll growl and scrabble for grip (quite alot in the wet)
What's it like to park?
easy with rear parking sensors, touchwood they aint let me down either.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
rear wind screen washer stopped working. Fixed promptly under warrenty, got a basic car wash and vacuum too for free.
What's most practical about your car?
5 doors, reasonable boot despite what reviews say.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
easy question, silly I know but.......when you unlock the car the door handles (4 of them) glow up blue (act as puddle lights) and it looks sweet!!!
