    Value

    4 out of 5 4.0

Paid over the odds when I bought it 2 years ago, but it was in excellent condition with very low miles. Dirt cheap to keep the fuel tank topped up!

    Costs

    4 out of 5 4.0

Mostly good. Most Citroen dealers pricey on labour.

    Driving

    4 out of 5 4.0

Not a car for the speed freak, but refined, comfortable and smooth. Plenty of power for acceleration, but needs to be worked hard.

    Performance

    5 out of 5 5.0

Acceleration obviously not a patch on a Jag, but easily good enough, particularly when the turbo kicks in. 5 stars because I still sometimes forget it's a diesel! Fantastic on the motorway.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    5 out of 5 5.0

Although a couple of things have gone wrong (details below), still 5 stars because on a day to day basis it's never let me down.

Proud to own a Citroen. Looks good and feels good. 4 stars because a bit more mainstream than earlier Citroens.

    Comfort

    5 out of 5 5.0

Beautiful. Plenty of positive comments from passengers.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    4 out of 5 4.0

So far, so good. Slightly too old for the keypad immobiliser, but has alarm and deadlocks. Not been broken into yet!

    Service

    4 out of 5 4.0

Once I'd found a dealer that I liked, service was reasonably priced (for a dealer) and first class.
