    Did you get a good deal and why?

    Got slightly better than expected part-ex price of £3,850 on 53-plate Freelander - but dealer did have it for sale on the forecourt days after for £5,800!

    Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

    Wanted something more economical/bigger boot space than Freelander.

    What was the dealer like?

    Only interested in getting the deal closed and money handed over, plus trying to sell extra warranty, etc.

    What's it like to drive?

    Smooth, quiet. Can be under-powered when fully loaded with passengers.

    What's it like to park?

    Large turning circle on full lock but rear parking sensors make things easier.

    Have you had any problems with the car?

    MAF sensor failure, didn't affect way car drives but did result in MOT emissions failure. Cost of replacement £107.

    What's most practical about your car?

    Rear seats completely removable to create van-like load space.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    None really, fairly basic as far as 'toys' go, cruise control useful on long A roads during quiet times.
