What does this car say about you?

I don't really care what anybody thinks. I like it and that's all that matters. Reliable and economical - a bit like myself.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Nobody has said a word. Daihatsu is a very low profile brand in the UK though.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would but they are no longer imported into the UK. This is a 2008 (08) which has only done 32,000 miles and is in great condition so it should last for a good few years.

What are you likely to buy next?

Something Japanese. Probably a Toyota Yaris.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I traded in a Toyota Corolla and got a good price. Even with some finance, it still was a great deal.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Impressed by its reliability. Well put together and plenty of headroom inside.

What was the dealer like?

Friendly but not overbearing. The garage has been family owned for years and has a good reputation. A pleasure to deal with.

What's it like to drive?

It's no sports car but it can hold its own on motorways, etc. Handles well on B roads. Engine is a bit noisy on acceleration but you get used to it. Very comfortable and easy to drive..

What's it like to park?

With rear parking sensors it's a doddle. Light and easy to park.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Absolutely nothing.

What's most practical about your car?

It's really big inside and roomy. I'm 6ft 3in and I don't find it in the least bit cramped. Large boot for the size of the car.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Air-con and electric mirrors.
