What does this car say about you?

Know a good thing when I see it. Not one to follow the herd.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

All love it and never fail to remark on how spacious and airy it is.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Absolutely - I can't say it is brilliant at anything, but it is an extremely good all rounder and (like most daihatsus) hugely underrated.

What are you likely to buy next?

Same again - they are very durable so good ones should be available for a while yet.

    What's it like to drive?

Lots of fun. Although motoring journalists always seem to complain about lack of power I don't find it a problem. Just use the gears properly and there's plenty of power (and torque) on tap. Sounds nice when you push it as well, but actually very quiet at normal speeds. For a relatively high vehicle it corners very well indeed and the steering is nicely weighted if slightly vague. Overall a really nice drive and genuinely good fun.

    What's it like to park?

Very easy thanks to superb visibility and narrow width.

Have you had any problems with the car?

No problems yet, although relatively high mileage. Have owned daihatsus before and therefore don't expect any.

What's most practical about your car?

Amazingly spacious for its size and very good off road ability - but still drives very much like an ordinary hatchback.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    AWD and diff-lock.
