With finance from ford paying over £21000!!
Costs
Only real expense is fuel - MPG is very poor.

Very good handling but slightly down from Focus Zetec used to have.
Performance
Acceleration is fantastic - can lose traction though if floored to quick.

Reliability
Been back to Ford 6 times so far (only done 3000 miles) Clutch burnt out after 300 miles, Electronic park brake keeps failing, various electric failures, MPG around 32 - very poor for TCDi.

Not really an MPV more a compressed estate.
Comfort
Very good. Rear seats can be moved in & back to give more legroom or all three can be removed for big items.

Standard Ford alarm & immobiliser - hasn't been stolen so must be OK.
Service
Had to rant & rave in dealer before anything got done. Technician broke engine cover and scratched boot - in the end went to another Ford dealer.

Various electrical problems clock, EPB, rear boot handle, fuel light all failed - some repeatedly. EPB still failing Ford can't fix it!
