What does this car say about you?

I don't need a car as a status symbol. I don't need a gas guzzler to drive 2 or 3 miles to the supermarket.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

A bit small for safety reasons. Lack of side air bags. No rear doors.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, because everything works perfectly after 10 years and 90,000 miles.

What are you likely to buy next?

I'd love an Audi A4 Avant 3.0 TDi Quattro. But I can't afford another car at the moment.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I think I got a good deal, because after 6 years nothing has gone wrong with the car.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Low price economical car as I needed to downsize.

What was the dealer like?

Independent dealer having just one garage/showroom.

What's it like to drive?

Fun to drive, but doesn't do overtaking! Good gearbox. Good cornering and handling. Prefers 60 mph to 70 on motorways. Heater warms up fast, but no air con.

What's it like to park?

Easy.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Drivers door rubber seal is now loose by the lock. Just needs knocking back on every other day. Original Sony radio/cd packed in when car was about 6 years old.

What's most practical about your car?

Size - ease of parking. Hatchback. 44.75 mpg average over 6 years.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Bottle holder between front seats.
