Get a Car Information Pack Hyundai i30 Estate 1.6 CRDI Comfort 5d (2009/58) - Owner Review The load space is great. Also the roof bars - we fit four bikes on the roof no problem. Fuel consumption with a mix of town and country driving averages over 57mpg. The front tyres have lasted 26000 miles, which I think is good for a front wheel drive turbo diesel. On my last car (Focus TDCi) they lasted 16K. 5 Summary 5 out of 5 What does this car say about you? I'm style-conscious and individual but not paranoid about the car I drive. What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car? Many good comments. Our neighbours bought a Hyundai a few weeks after us. Would you buy this car again and why? Yes, but I'm planning on keeping it a long time. It's easily better than the Focus it replaced - better fuel consumption, cheaper running costs etc. What are you likely to buy next? I usually test a range of vehicles before choosing. I'll definitely test Hyundai at that time. Buying experience 5 out of 5 Type of dealer you bought from? Franchise Did you buy this car new? New What price did you pay? £12,000 When did you buy the car? March 2009 Did you get a good deal and why? The dealer matched the price offered by an online broker. Is there any special reason why you bought this car? Five year unlimited mileage warranty and low price. What was the dealer like? Not very pleased at having to match the online broker's price, but the car was ready on time and the transaction was painless and the dealer was courteous. We had a removable towbar fitted at the same time, again at a good price. Get an Insurance Quote We've gathered the biggest companies on the market in one place to save you money. Living with it 5 out of 5 Have you had any problems with the car? The fuel filler cap had to be adjusted as it was difficult to open. What's most practical about your car? The load space is great.
