Costs
Fuel economy very poor 26-28 mpg if you're lucky on combined, Kia dealer achieved 35mpg at constant 60mph for 60 miles and Kia find this acceptable (43mpg gov. figure).

Driving
Good position, very poor gearbox. "Kia Krunch" from 1st to 2nd, and is even "Kruchier" from 2nd to 3rd, dealer said this is acceptable as they all do it!
Performance
Everyone seems to be overtaking my Sorrento.

Reliability
Poorly put together, dealer next to useless, minor fault only fixed when kicking up a fuss. Kia UK support useless.

Nice enough, but not a patch on BMW, Merc or VW style.

Lovely and spacious for a family and all the bits.

Not sure if there is an alarm. Haven't found it, anyway.
Service
Kia or dealer don't listen, and don't care if you are not happy with their new vehicles. The reports said different but this company is poor on customer support. As ever only their interests at heart.

Very thirsty, drinks the fuel, noisy when cold.

Steering pulling to the left, dealer supposed to have fixed but tyres still fluffing up/scuffing.
