What does this car say about you?

You've got more imagination than a Ford Fusion owner.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

It's a Marmite car, some love it, others hate it but they drive boring cars like the Ford Fusion so who cares what they think.

Would you buy this car again and why?

When a design is 'of the moment'it can soon become 'of the past', so I will see if it looks dated in a couple of years.

What are you likely to buy next?

    Something else with character.

    December 2009

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes, dont let them tell you there is no more money off after your scrappage allowance.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Love the way it looks, it was designed by the same bloke who designed the new Beetle and Audi TT, so what if he borrowed some ideas from Land Rover it's a fraction of the price.

    What was the dealer like?

Didn't have a petrol Soul available to test drive, I had to order mine after only having driven the diesel, stopped answering emails as soon as I'd signed the contract.

    What's it like to drive?

Have to disagree with Parkers the engine noise is not excessive at 70 mph and is quiet and smooth around town although it is a bit fidgety on country roads.

    What's it like to park?

Rear visibility isn't great but the steering is light .

Have you had any problems with the car?

Only had it a few days. It looks very straight forward with plenty of room to work under the bonnet unlike most new cars where everything is shoehorned in.

    Luggage space
