Renault Laguna Hatchback 2.2 RT D 5d (1996/N) Owner Review

More comfortable than most German cars, as it's ride is very supple. I have noticed at higher speed it firms up, making it very sure footed at motorway speed and higher.

I was going to give it a 1 and it deserves it, all you do is try to keep up with everyone else, but it will cruise at 90mph and return 45mpg on the German autobahn.

Mite have lasted longer if the first gear box hadn't ceased. New front disc, old ones started to vibrate, almost lost the fuel tank straps; rusted through, power steering failed and leaked oil over the road, that was a biggy.

I am forever defending it to my colleges at work, you can park it almost anywhere and it will still be there when you come back even if you leave it unlocked, as I have several times by accident.

I almost wrote very good! No at low speeds it is, but when you start a long journey the engine noise will drive you mad for anything more then 2+hours on the motorway and start looking through your wife's hand bag for Nurofen and ear plugs?

My comments about the service? No comment, if they would only answer their phone then I could tell them what I think of them, but you will never get the chance.
