  • Economy

    Value

    3 out of 5 3.0

    Good for what you get.

    Costs

    3 out of 5 3.0

Can work out expensive if you can't bear to be without lots of buttons, bells and whistles, all of which are available and all that I like.

  • On the road

    Driving

    3 out of 5 3.0

Steering could have more of a 'feel' to it.

    Performance

    5 out of 5 5.0

The 1.9dCi delivers huge torque and is surprisingly fast for the size of car.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    4 out of 5 4.0

The multi-function pods around the steering wheel are a definite weak point, probably too much is expected from them resulting in the temptation to over-use them.

    Image

    3 out of 5 3.0

You wouldn't buy this for image although it is a nice looker for an MPV, it scores lots of brownie points over it's predecessor. Lots of plastic on the dash which is a bit of a shame. Plenty of hidey holes, the panoramic glass sunroof is a must.

    Comfort

    5 out of 5 5.0

Like armchairs and lots of leg room. If you're a tall driver like me, the back seat passenger will need to be smallish.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    4 out of 5 4.0

Fairly comprehensive system as standard windows possible weak point.

    Service

    5 out of 5 5.0

Simple, fast and not too expensive - not a car for the DIY-er.
