No - purely down to handbrake. It's not in a natural position and would need to go up an engine size for power.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Sale and it was Japanese so bought for reliability.
What was the dealer like?
Didn't really like the dealer. Usual thing having to duel with salesmen. Had a few issues with car. Not all were fixed when we returned it, but due to location of dealer we gave up with them.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Engine not very powerful, but comfy to drive and handles ok. Handbrake in a terrible position though.
What's it like to park?
Easy, good visibility.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Inside trim fell off. Cigarette lighter only works when ignition off.
What's most practical about your car?
Good size medium family car.
