Type of dealer you bought from?

    Franchised

Did you buy this car new?

    No

    What price did you pay?

    £8,450

When did you buy the car?

    November 2013

Did you get a good deal and why?

I feel I got a very good deal. I was treated with courtesy the whole time I was there. Even when the particular salesman rang me personally.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I've had a Yaris for the last 10 years. It was 4 years old when I bought it. I have found it to be absolutely bullet proof. Also I want a small car, I liked the shape, the space inside and all the cup holders and the low running cost and repair bills.

    What was the dealer like?

Extremely helpful. I was even given tea and cake. Whilst I accept that as a salesman it is his job to sell cars, he was well dressed and went beyond what some sales people will do in order to sell their product. He didn't talk down to me and made me feel that I mattered.

Very good. The rear parking sensors are another welcome feature of this model.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Baring in mind that I only bought the car last month and haven't used it a great deal, the answer is no. But I don't expect a Toyota to give me any trouble.

What's most practical about your car?

Reliability, safety, lots of room in it and low running costs. Also very comfortable.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

There's nothing about this car that I don't like. I didn't realise it had touch and go technology, including sat nav, plus this one had stop and start capability...awesome! The central console with analog dials was also completely unexpected.
