Value
Not bad, though I paid over the odds last year. It's now worth half the amount - ouch!
Costs
Repairs can be expensive. Just had a clutch replaced - £170 for the clutch kit alone! Insurance has never been under £1200 with full no claims.

Fantastic - 0-60 in about 6.0secs, sticks to the road like you know what, serious acceleration, brakes that will stop you faster than you got there…
Performance
Forget your XR3i and Gti: this eats them like they are a Mini Metro. 150 bhp standard on the 92-93 model SFI 2.0i 16v DOHC - it's %$£&%* marvellous!

Reliability
Has never ever let me down in 18 months. Full service every 9000 miles. Everything electrical still works - even the little wing mirror heaters.

What can I say? It's about 3 inches from the floor, flame red, with not a scratch, bump or blister on it... and it sounds cheesy. Gorgeous!
Comfort
Mmm, not the most comfy car. You feel the bumps a lot with low profiles and lowered suspension. But seats are OK, you don"t get backache after an hour on the M6.
