Paid 9.5k Aug 98, still have car, worth every penny.
Costs
£150 service every 10k, cam belt, tenioners & oils seals changed @60k even though Vauxhall state 80k, mine starting making squealing noises like a fan belt slipping & signs of leakage.

Pretty quick, can hold my own ground & suprise other road users, safetly of course.

Apart from both cam & crank shaft sensors packing up recently & brake pads sensors in the past, no other problems.

It took me 2 yrs to find this car in black & it still gets looked at when clean, I still love it.
Comfort
Nice hugging sports seats, hold you when cornering fast, do get problem with windows misting.
