Value
Brought in 1999 for £6000 sold in 2003 for £3750.
Costs
Not bad but its the Isuzu engine so parts a little dearer than Vauxhall.

Not bad when you think its a old diesel.

I owned it from 1999 to 2003 with out spending a penny except the norm , brakes tyres etc sold to my dad who still has it on 150k still never broken down and he's only had to have the brake pipes replaced! 7yrs motoring with out a bill of more that £60.

Take the diesel badge off the back and it will improve it when the engine is not on other than that how stylish is a 5dr Astra!

Seats not bad, but not much room in back.

Immobiliser of as its a chip unlike old Astras where it worked off the door lock, no one will nick a old diesel any way.

Never use main dealers.
