What does this car say about you?

I drive a bit heavy locally, I get to fifth gear very quick without revving too high. Local fuel consumption is better with my wife, who is less aggressive.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My neighbour purchased an SXi after test driving mine. My father in law wants one now.

Would you buy this car again and why?

This is my wife's car on paper, and I am looking at buying a 2002/03 plate for me now.

Same, but a nearer shape if possible.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes, the CDX model is the top of the range, and generally costs £2k. The car came with Full Service History and only 71,000 miles on the clock. I've had the car nearly a year and not replaced anything. Passed MOT in Nov with nothing to do on it. It's great!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Vauxhall's a generally reliable, low maintanence, and nice to drive.

What was the dealer like?

Not very nice, mis-informed me about the keys, and tried to force sale on me without me looking at the car properly. The interior was dirty.

What's it like to drive?

It handles corners very well, with good traction. There is a traction sensor on all four wheels which lets you know that you're going to skid, ideal for snow. The cabin is quiet even on the motorway.

What's it like to park?

Because of it's size, it can fit in to most spaces with ease.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nope.

What's most practical about your car?

It is comfortable, and spaceous, ideal for my little family. It has huge boot space, so can handle my sons pushchair with ease, and the engine is silent.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

mp3 cd auto-changer which handles my re-writeable discs.
