    What does this car say about you?

    Arnold Clarke supplied the vehicle, so it must say I’m a MUG for allowing Arnold Clarke to sell me a new vehicle with only 1 key & no document, owners manual service book entertainment book, no car security pass needed to get and program a new key, no breakdown cover card not even a PDI report. It took them 6 weeks to get a new key & car security pass with the codes to program the new key; I was passed between Arnold Clarke & Vauxhall giving the blame to each other. Took me a further 4 weeks after that to get my costs back (expenses), also of the way I had been treated by Arnold Clarke & Vauxhall I cancelled a service pack I took out on the vehicle, they then tried to say I hadn’t been charged for the service pack took another week to get the refund for that. Buyer beware.

    What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

    Shame about the way I had been treated by Arnold Clarke & Vauxhall, other than that well equipped eye catcher

    Would you buy this car again and why?

    Probably not, 6th Gear too long for the 1.8 petrol, got to keep your eye on the speed in cruise control on motorways speed falls back on sliest of hills.

    Ford Focus, owned a Focus easier to drive & park

    What was the dealer like?

    Arnold Clarke big dealership in my opinion absolutely awful to deal with I will never use them again. When I collected the car, the salesman explained he was only allowed to bring 1 key out because previously, keys & documents had been stolen from a salesman’s desk and the vehicle stolen from the forecourt, they took my part ex checked all my documents were in order, that I had more than 1 key, too full payment for the new vehicle I also purchased a 3 year service pack & first MOT package, then the salesman informed me they had only 1 key for the vehicle & no documentation. The salesman promised I would receive the key & documentation by recorded delivery by Tuesday, explaining that the vehicle was supplied from another branch and they had only sent 1 key, missing items security pass etc
