    Never. And based on the reponse to my problems from VW Customer Care I will not be buying a VW at all

    A diesel estate similar to the Passat but from a manufacturer with a proven track record in providing proper customer service.

    I owned the previous version and it never let me down

    What's it like to drive?

    Excellent.

    What's it like to park?

    Good. I wish I had opted to include the parking sensors though as the privacy glass makes it a bit difficult to park at night.

    Have you had any problems with the car?

    Lots! Turbo pipe has split 4 times. The turbo has been replaced before 19000 miles. Front and rear wheel bearings have been replaced at 15000 and 19000 respectively. 3 recalls. All this before it's 1st service. The car is personal and has therefore been treated with care so there is no excuse for it spending so much time at the VW dealership. VW Customer Care team seem to care less.

    What's most practical about your car?

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    DSG Gearbox is a treat as is the 2 litre TDI engine. Very responsive.
