Renault Clio (91-98) - Review Review by Parkers on 01 January 1991 This efficient, economical and spacious supermini that led the market in the early 1990s. It looks a bit dated these days, but still offers its virtues of good interior space and serves up a driving experience that is above the average. There is an extensive selection of engines with three higher performance models culminating in the Clio Williams, which is one of the finest hot hatches ever built and still commands good money for a clean example. Baccara model is a mini limo with leather upholstery and wood veneer. 3 out of 5 Other Renault reviews Summary Facts & Figures Equipment Driving & Performance Comfort Costs Safety & Reliability Buying & Selling Also Consider Company Car Info Owners' Reviews Gallery Also Consider 3 out of 5 Fiat Punto Hatchback (94-99) Stylish; spacious; precise handling; good value French supermini rivals offer a more refined ride Read full review 3 out of 5 Ford Fiesta (95-99) Lively 16-valve engines; much improved ride and refinement Not enough room for rear passengers or luggage Read full review 3 out of 5 Volkswagen Polo Hatchback (94-00) Solidly built; desirable image; slow depreciation Expensive compared with the opposition Read full review Find other hatchback cars Car Valuations Find used car prices with Parkers accurate car valuations.
