The only difference between the Ford Galaxy, VW Sharan and the Alhambra are prices, equipment, some engines and price. Oh yes and the front grille.

Buying used

The Alhambra looks just like the class leading Galaxy and Sharan so could be mistaken for them, and sneaky SEAT owners could always swap badges to really fool everyone! When it comes to image, it’s purely a badge thing. Buyers either live with the low image SEAT at the lower price, or they can’t. However, SEAT equals value for money.

As a direct comparison to the Galaxy and Sharan, the Alhambra manages to undercut its relatives and rivals quite convincingly and sells well. It does not need the thirsty VR6 engine, so buyers tend to steer clear of it. The level of standard equipment includes driver and passenger airbags, ABS brakes and even cruise control.
