SEAT Alhambra (00-10) - Review

The original trim levels started with S, which comes with three-point seatbelts all round, air conditioning, electric front windows, twin front and side airbags, an immobiliser, alarm, a CD stereo, remote central locking and Isofix child seat mounting points. SE adds front fog lights, 16-inch alloy wheels, climate control, cruise control, sports suspension, trip computer, headlamp washers, electric rear windows, heated height adjustable front seats, seat back tables plus a leather trimmed steering wheel and gear knob,. Sport adds a CD autochanger and ESP traction control. From mid-2005, new trim levels were introduced called Reference, SX and Stylance. Reference has climate control, electric windows, heated/folding wing mirrors and a DVD rear-entertainment system. The SX model has just six seats to make room for its cool/warm box and also adds two integrated child seats and cruise control. The Stylance model adds sports suspension, parking sensors, trip computer, heated front seats, 17-inch alloy wheels, electric rear quarter light windows and a heated windscreen. The Ecomotive model was launched in October 2009 and is based on the Reference but has steel wheels with wheel trims instead of alloys. Options include metallic paint, satellite navigation and leather seats.
