Smart City Cabriolet (01-04) - Review Review by Dan Harrison on 18 November 2005 The cabriolet version of the smart city car makes this funky car more fun. It can be used as a full soft-top, or the roof can be used as a sunroof, sliding back just halfway. There are fewer cabriolets on the used market than the coupe. As a result, prices are higher. However, if you're not put off by left-hand-drive, early cars can be picked up more cheaply than you may expect. On sale in the UK since 2001, the range was re-branded fortwo from the start of 2004. 4 out of 5 Other Smart reviews Summary Facts & Figures Equipment Driving & Performance Comfort Costs Safety & Reliability Buying & Selling Also Consider Company Car Info Owners' Reviews Gallery 3.5 out of 5 Safety A four-star Euro NCAP rating, strong safety cell, ABS, twin front airbags and stability control are standard.
