Suzuki SX4 Hatchback (06 on) - Review

There are two spec levels - GL and GLX. The GL model has an equipment tally that includes front electric windows, electric door mirrors, central locking, air-conditioning, a CD player, tinted glass and an on-board computer. The GLX gets electric rear windows, heated door mirrors, keyless start (where the key remains in the driver's pocket yet the car can still be started), front fog lamps, alloy wheels, roof rails, wheel arch extensions, additional body moulding giving a more rugged look and underbody skid plates. The 4GRIP GLX model is identically equipped but features the four-wheel drive system in addition. In early 2010 the SX4 was revised and the trim levels changed to SZ3, SZ4 and SZ5 - the latter the only one available with 4x4. The SZ3 has electric windows (front only on the 1.6 DDiS), electric door mirrors, air conditioning, a CD stereo, steering wheel mounted audio controls, a trip computer and roof rails. The SZ4 adds heated door mirrors, keyless start, automatic air conditioning (except on the DDiS), front fog lights, side protection mouldings and 16-inch alloys. The top SZ5 4x4 comes with a six-CD changer, rear privacy glass plus four-wheel drive.
