Toyota Avensis Verso (01-05) - Review Review by Parkers on 01 January 2001 Toyota seems to have a people carrier for every need, from the small-but-roomy Yaris Verso, through to the tribe-carrying eight-seater Previa. This is the larger of their medium-sized MPVs (Corolla Verso is the smaller), capable of carrying seven. Reliability is outstanding, there's a fine diesel option and all models are well equipped. 4 out of 5 Other Toyota reviews Summary Facts & Figures Equipment Driving & Performance Comfort Costs Safety & Reliability Buying & Selling Also Consider Company Car Info Owners' Reviews Gallery Also Consider 4 out of 5 Ford Galaxy (00-06) Comfortable, car-like to drive, plenty of passenger space, comes with seven seats Wind noise, bulky styling, thirsty petrol engines Read full review 3.5 out of 5 SEAT Alhambra (00-10) Plenty of interior space, enough room for seven adults, economical diesel engines, solid interior, good value Interior looks a little dated, many newer people carriers are more stylish, seats don't fold flat with the floor Read full review 3 out of 5 Mitsubishi Grandis (04-10) Sleek looks, strong Volkswagen-sourced diesel, seven-seats, well equipped as standard Lacklustre performance, poor automatic gearbox, light steering Read full review Find other mpv cars Car Valuations Find used car prices with Parkers accurate car valuations.
