Toyota Celica Coupe (94-99) - Review Review by Parkers on 01 January 1994 This generation of Celica - from 1994-199 - was never an out-and-out sports car, it is more of a grand tourer, and it appears both expensive and outclassed now. The entry level 1.8 helps, but its handling and performance are well off the Fiat Coupe's pace. A car for the driver who wants to cruise quickly and reliably in relaxing style. 3 out of 5 Other Toyota reviews Summary Facts & Figures Equipment Driving & Performance Comfort Costs Safety & Reliability Buying & Selling Also Consider Company Car Info Owners' Reviews Gallery Also Consider 3.5 out of 5 Fiat Coupé (95-00) Great styling, strong turbocharged engine, handles well, useable rear seats Reliability issues, dated and poorly finished interior, lacks refinement Read full review 3 out of 5 Hyundai Coupé (96-02) Styling; handling; value Cheap interior Read full review 3.5 out of 5 Ford Cougar (98-02) Looks stylish, handles well Lumpy low-speed ride Read full review Find other coupe cars Car Valuations Find used car prices with Parkers accurate car valuations.
