Toyota Celica Coupe (94-99) - Review

Entry model is 1.8 ST with a body colour nose section and door mirrors, 14" five-spoke alloy wheels and cloth sports seats; it’s relatively cheap but lacks the appeal of the 2.0. 2.0 GT had the same equipment until Oct 95, when it gained a rear spoiler, a high-level brake light, green tinted glass, clear front indicator lenses, body coloured sill extensions and 15" alloy wheels. 2.0 GT Cabriolet, with an electric hood, adds colour-coded moulded bumpers, flared wheel arches and leather seats, with similar styling revisions to the hard-top in Oct 95. The range-topper sports model was the GT-Four with four-wheel drive, a larger rear spoiler, 15" alloys, a front bumper air ducts and a mesh grille; styling revisions as GT in Oct 95.
