Toyota RAV4 (94-00) - Review

Review by Parkers on
RAV4 is one of the best used 'soft-roaders'. It's pricier than most, but offers good on road manners, a choice of bodystyles and decent performance. And being a Toyota, it's very well built.

Safety

Driver and passenger airbags are standard, while ABS brakes are installed from the GX model upwards. There are also front seat belt pretensioners and force limiters making the RAV-4 one of the safest 4x4s. Gets an engine immobiliser and anti-theft alarm, plus a locking wheel nut fitted to the spare.
