Volkswagen Lupo (99-05) - Review

Review by Parkers on
Last Updated: 23 February 2011
The tiny Lupo offers a premium package of reliability, driveability and desirability. The GTi models are mischievous and especially fun to drive with the six-speed gearbox. Main criticisms are the 1.0-litre and 1.7 Di diesels can feel underpowered and the boot is too small for most needs.

Safety

Gained an impressive four stars in the Euro NCAP crash test. All cars have twin airbags and seatbelt pre-tensioners and ISOFIX child seat fixings. There's deadlocks and remote central locking for security.
